RIYADH-SABA
President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Military Forces Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi has confirmed that the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) are the only wayout for the future of the Yemeni people.
"The malicious centralization, which has been in Sana'a, was behind the separation and the split of Yemen, north and south, and we will not allow the return of the centralization," said President Hadi in his address he delivered on Saturday to the people on the eve of the 55th Anniversary of the 14th of October Revolution.
"We agreed in the National Dialogue Conference on building the new federal Yemen of six regions and we are proceedingwith this track as just to the southern people, sons of the central areas and north of the north and will not back down from implementing the outcomes of the Inclusive National Dialogue Conference," he added.
Talking about momentum before the 26th of September Revolution and the 14th of October Revolution in southern sultanates, states and emirates inspired by the voice of the late Arab Leader Jamal Abdulnasser, he warned that they will never allowsouthern people to kill each other, confirming what is happening in Sana'a will not be repeated in the south.
"Any party thinks to take Yemen back to the clerical and imamate rule, is impossible because Yemeni people has kicked the collar," said president.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation to countries of the Saudi-led Coalition for standing behind the Yemeni people against the Persian influence. He valued support of Saudi Arabia to the Central Bank of Yemen.
He said that what is happening now in Sana'a is a failed move from Houthis"to take us back to the zero point and there are in the southern provinces who want take us to the same position."
He talked about success of accomplishing the National Dialogue despites military challenges in Sana'a and Iranian plots against it and he talked about Iran's plots against the Gulf Initiative (the initiative led to the dialogue) in the UN Security Council in 2012.
He said that he wanted to talk to the Yemeni people today to remind them on the incidents of the history as history has zero-tolerance, explaining the responsibility he shouldered in hard times none can do this as Sana'a was divided into barricades and there was only 100 million USD in the Central Bank of Yemen, was not enough to buy half of the oil derivatives they imported and praised King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz of Saudi Arabia then for granting Yemen with fuel.
He also reminded people that the UN Security held a meeting in Sana'a under the President of the Republic (him) for the first time in the history of the UN in support to the president and in confirmation that the world has been supporting Yemen and backs the success of the National Dialogue Conference and implementing its outcomes on the ground.
He asked people to endure difficulties and be patient, justifying that the economic crisis and targeting the Yemeni Rial has been associated with plots for toppling the legality; whether by war or by economic collapse.
"Be patient and endure," he repeated in assertion to plots for toppling the government and replacing it with the imamate rule (now Houthis,) assuring people that the national army and popular resistances are accomplishing victories in all fronts.
"I feel your suffering after the deterioration of the price of therial asHouthis have a trillion and 400 million rial they seized from the Central Bank's reserve and have 5, 2 billions of hard currenciesthey looted from the Central Bank and stored them in Sa'ada's caves," he said.
He confirmed that Houthis use these funds to buy hard currency from local markets leading to the sharp downfall of the rial before the US dollar.
