Social Care Fund Projects in Marib reviewed

The Social Care Fund (SCF) has been carrying out a host of projects in Marib province with a total cost estimated at $2 million and 900 thousand during 2017-2018.

The SCF projects in Mairb were discussed in the city of Marib on Thursday during a meeting brought together Undersecretary of Marib province Dr Abd-Rabbu Meftah and the SCF' team headed by Dr Taha Athaur.

Dr Athaur noted that Harib city's sewage network project is financed by a German grant totaling $1 million from the government of Germany, work is set to start within short period.

Second phase of a $300 thousand project aimed to support the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) and people in need in the city of Marib is going to start within days, according to Athaur .
