Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani highly appreciated the U.S. support for the government and State institutions, underlining the importance of increasing the Yemeni-American partnership and cooperation to serve the common interests.
"We're grateful to the U.S. for its constant support for the government and the State institutions, looking forward to further broaden the joint cooperation and partnership", Zindani said.'
His remarks came during his talks today, Wednesday, via video call with
the Chargé d' Affaires of the American embassy in the Republic of Yemen, Neil Hopp.
They conferred over the bilateral relations and cooperation, the military escalation by the Houthi terrorist militia and the government's efforts to deal with the current developments.
The American diplomat stated that the United States is interested in supporting the Yemeni government's efforts to establish security, stability and address threats to navigation and international trade.
