The Republican Decree No. (20) of 2023 issued Tuesday. The first article of the decree appoints Khaled Mahfoudh Bahah an extra ordinary and authorized ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The second article of the decree states that it is valid since the date of its issuance and must be published in the state gazette.
