[11/06/2026 01:05]
MANAMA-SABA
The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced on Thursday that Iran continues what it described as a systematic hostile approach through missile and drone attacks targeting civilians in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

In a statement carried by Bahrain News Agency, the General Command said that Bahrain’s air defense systems had intercepted and destroyed a number of what it called “treacherous Iranian air attacks.”

The statement affirmed that all military formations and units of the Bahrain Defence Force remain at the highest levels of readiness and are fully prepared to defend the Kingdom.

The General Command stressed that the deliberate use of missiles and drones to target civilians and private property constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
