Yemen's Ambassador to Malaysia Adel Bahumaid discussed Sunday with Malaysian Interior Minister Tan Seri Mohiuddin situation of Yemeni community in Malaysia.
Bahhumaid reviewed detailed report on situation of Yemeni nationals and residence extension program, as well as key issues faced by Yemeni residents in Malaysia, especially labor and residence laws.
He pointed to situation developments in Hodeida city and Houthi rebel militia's attempt to paly wit Stockholm understandings and hindering them and to suffering of the Yemeni people over Houthi coup.
The meeting resulted in acceptance of Malaysian interior ministry renewing residence of all Yemeni residents for a full year.
