Director of KRCS visits Marib

Deputy Governor of Marib governorate DrAbd-RabbuMiftah received on Saturday Director General of the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society (KRCS) DrAbdurahman al-Awn who arrived in Marib on a work mission.

The session devoted to discuss programs and projects funded by the KRCS to help the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Marib governorate.

DrMiftah briefed Dr al-Awn on situations in the IDPs camps and heavy burdens local authority has to cope with due to large number of the IDPs who arrived in Marib from different Yemeni governorates.

Dr al-Awan stated that the KRCS can provide more humanitarian aids to meet the IDPs pressing needs.
