The Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi detailed Arab Ambassadors to the United Kingdom (UK) on the political and security situations in Yemen as well as the economic and humanitarian challenges in Yemen.
Dr. al-Alimi's discussions with the Arab Ambassadors held today, Saturday, in London as part of his current state-visit agenda to the UK.
Al-Alimi updated Arab diplomats on the latest developments in the Yemeni national arena, highlighting the ongoing efforts of the PLC and the government to manage the economic and humanitarian challenges.
For the peace efforts, the PLC's member confirmed that the government is committed to make peace and deal constructively with all political proposals and endeavors aimed to achieve fair, comprehensive and permanent peace that is based on the references that are agreed on nationally, regionally and internationally.
Al-Alimi blamed the terrorist Houthi militias for blocking peace efforts and rejecting all peace proposals.
