Vice Foreign Minister, Mustafa Noman, met with Palestinian Foreign Minister, Dr. Varsen Shahin, on the sidelines of the 11th Rome Mediterranean Dialogue forum.

The meeting reviewed developments in Yemen and Palestine, as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.

Vice Minister Noman welcomed the recently signed ceasefire agreement in Gaza, praising efforts by friendly countries to achieve this deal.

He emphasized the need to continue working towards ending Palestinian suffering and realizing their legitimate aspirations for an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
