Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Brigadier General Tariq Saleh discussed today, Sunday, with the American Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Steven Fagin the developments of the military situations in the Red Sea and the UN-led efforts to establish the Road Map for the Yemeni crisis settlement.

The conversations which conducted via the video conference focused on the latest developments about the events in the region and the military situations southern the Red Sea.

The American Ambassador has confirmed his administration's support for the ongoing efforts of the UN's special envoy to Yemen to bring a comprehensive peace that satisfies the legitimate demands of the Yemeni people.
