The discussions also touched upon Yemeni students situations in Russia and the difficulties they are complaining about.
Alyemeni briefed Lavrov on the latest developments relating to the UN's efforts to implement Stockholm Agreement; citing the putschist Houthi militia's reluctance and rejection to carry out its obligations under the Sweden Agreement.
The Foreign Minister reiterated the Yemeni government's support to the UN's good offices, efforts made by its Secretary General and Envoy to Yemen.
Alyemeny voiced the Yemeni government's appreciation for Russia's supportive stances in supporting legality and peace process in Yemen.
For his part, Lavrov reiterated his country's support for the UN-led efforts and its envoy to Yemen; underscoring the importance of implementing the Stockholm Agreement.
Lavrov stated that Russia is interested in supporting political process, the Yemeni government and establishing peace on the basis of the three well known terms of reference.
