Yemen's Ambassador to Kingdom of Jordan Jalal Faqirah discussed Monday with the Resident Coordinator of the International Monetary Fund in Yemen Ghazi Shibikat cooperation between Yemen and the fund in field of supporting financial and cash policies.
The meeting tackled latest economic developments in Yemen and horizons of Yemeni economy and accomplished progress in field of basic reforms by the government and the Central Bank of Yemen despite many challenges.
The meeting discussed current preparations for the meetings of the government of Yemen and the central bank with the IMF's mission in Amman during the period of May- June 2023.
