His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with his accompanying delegation left today, Wednesday, the Arab Republic of Egypt, heading to Riyadh on non-official trip to Saudi Arabia on his way back to the temporary capital Aden after his contribution to the Climate Change Summit COP27, held in Sharm El-Sheikh city.
The President contributed to the sessions of the COP 27, roundtable discussions, held talks with a number of the world's leaders and international organizations and Funds in charge of dealing with the Climate Changes' consequences.
President al-Alimi reiterated Yemen's support for all regional and international initiatives in relevance to Climate Change, first and foremost the Green Middle East Initiative endorsed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
