Planning Minister discusses with coordinator preparations for UN meeting

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Wa'id Batheeb discussed Monday with Resident Coordinator of UN Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen Daved Gressley cooperation and preparations for holding the meeting of discussing and defining cooperation framework with UN Agencies in the forthcoming period.
In the meeting held through video conferencing, Batheeb reaffirmed keenness of the government on proceeding with its responsibilities towards Yemeni people across Yemen until realizing peace and keenness of the ministry on providing necessary facilitations to international organizations operating in Yemen to implement their programs and projects.
He praised UN efforts in the framework of its efforts for realizing peace in Yemen and its humanitarian and relief interventions under current difficult conditions in the country, calling for exerting more efforts to enhance chances of realizing peace and ending the war.
