Hadi praises Yemeni-Chinese relations

RIYADH - SABA
President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi emphasized the strong historical relations between Yemen and China marked by cooperation, development and common interests.

In a meeting with the Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong today, Hadi spoke highly of China's policy and orientations related to economic aspects and activating international trade and cooperation, including the new Silk Road, which is an important economic artery serving a large number of countries in the region.

The meeting dealt with cooperation relations between the two friendly countries, the prospects for enhancing and developing them, and China's efforts to support peace and stability in Yemen.

For his part, the Chinese ambassador affirmed his country's support for Yemen and its legitimate government.
