Civil Service Ministry announces official holiday on Thursday
The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance announced that tomorrow, Thursday, will be an official holiday for all employees of public service units at both central and local authorities in observance of the Islamic New Year, the first of Muharram 1447 AH.

Yemen, Turkey discuss coordinating positions in international forums.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Bajjash discussed on Wednesday with Turkish Ambassador to Yemen Levent Eller coordinating positions in International Forums and exchange support for different issues concern the two countries.

Bajjash praised Turkish support to the legal government and to political process in Yemen and highly appreciated Turkish contribution to humanitarian efforts in Yemen and supporting a number of productive sectors, as well as qualifying national cadre.

He confirmed that these contributions will have big effect for overcoming humanitarian crisis in Yemen and boosting reconstruction process.

He pointed out that the Turkish companies' investments in different fields are welcomed by the government and will help boosting economic relations between the two countries.

He also confirmed government's keenness on political solution and realizing peace within the three foundations for peace agreed upon internationally; the GCC Initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the UN Resolution 2216.

For his part, the Turkish Diplomat praised cooperation between Yemen and Turkey and renewed his country's support to government of Yemen.

He also reconfirmed support to the government in different sectors and training national cadre in Turkey.
