King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Activities (KSReleif) has inaugurated, in cooperation with al-Khair Alliance for Humanitarian Relief, distribution of 1250 food parcels to people who displaced from Tehama to the Transitional Capital of Aden.
The center aims at providing aid and relief to displaced people from Tehama over the war waged by the rebel militia.
"The food parcels will be distributed on 2000 families displaced from Tehama and exist in four locations distributed on different districts in Aden," said Deputy Governor of Hodeida Walid al-Qudaimi.
He added that KSRelief's support to Tehami displaced in Aden comes in the framework of its support to other displaced Tehami people in Mareb, Sayoon, Abyan and other provinces, confirming needs of the displaced people of shelter and food aid.
He praised efforts of the center, Aden Local Authority and Relief Supreme Committee for providing aid and care to displaced people.
For his part, General Director of Sira District KhaledSido confirmed keenness of local authority on providing aid relief to displaced people for alleviating their suffering over the war.
For his part, Director of King Salman Center in Aden Saleh al-Thaibani confirmed that the center has started distribution of the parcel in Sira and the distribution will continue to cover those in other districts.
