Social partners in Bulgaria are implementing a project to analyze how digital transformation and green transition will impact enterprises and workers in 17 sectors of the national economy and to offer solutions to related issues, the Bulgarian news agency has reported.
BTA has said the project, co-funded by the EU, is being carried out by the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), the country's two leading trade union amalgamations and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
The assessment study will check the supply of skilled labour, the provision of learning opportunities, the fight against undeclared work, and assistance to enterprises and employees for a successful digital transformation and green transition.
