Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Buhaibeh, stressed the importance of correcting deficiencies in the work of health programs, improving their efficiency, and benefiting from grants to raise the capabilities of the health system.

"Holding review meetings with health sector partners is one of the positive things that must evaluate our joint work as one team," Dr. Buhaibeh said at the semi-annual review meeting of joint projects between the Ministry and UNICEF, stressing the need to work on delivering support and grants to beneficiaries.

The Minister of Health stressed the necessity of developing the performance of health facilities and building a health system capable of providing its services based on self-financing.
