Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik was briefed by Hadhramaut Governor Mabkhout bin Madi, on the governorate’s conditions in the service, development and security aspects, the efforts made by the local authority leadership to deal with emerging challenges, and the required government support.
During a telephone conversation with the governor of Hadhramaut, the Prime Minister was briefed on the steps that have been implemented to protect vital economic interests in the governorate, and the repercussions of the terrorist Houthi militia's targeting of the Dabba oil port, which is a targeting of the Yemeni economy and people, and a threat to international navigation and the global energy market.
Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik reiterated the government's commitment to protecting the vital interests of the Yemeni people and taking all that is necessary to secure international navigation, maintain the stability of the global energy market, and deter any terrorist attempts targeting local, regional and international security, noting the efforts of the local authority in Hadhramaut and its security and military agencies in maintaining security and stability, and enhancing basic services for citizens.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the greatest danger and the common enemy of Yemenis and all Arabs is the Houthi coupist militia and the serious threat it poses to Yemen, its people and international navigation, which necessitates the mobilization and focus of all efforts in order to defeat this subversive project
