The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Yemen army retakes strategic sites from Houthi militants in Taiz

Yemen’s army has retaken strategic sites from the Houthi putschists in the west of the central Yemen city of Taiz, military sources said.
A source told Saba, “The confrontations between the army and the Iran-backed militia since early today have resulted in the liberation of the entire Al-Awdein mountain and Al-Matahen area in Maqbana district.”
The souyrce said, “Scores of Houthi militants were killed and injured” and two others were arrested while their ammunition was seized.
The army in Taiz is securing significant advances in the lead-up to break the six year blockade that the radical theocratic militia imposes on the city of three million people.
