The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Sudanese Interior Minister Ahmad Othman has pardoned Yemeni illegal residents and granting them another chance to correct theirsituations.
In his meeting with Yemen's Ambassador Omer al-Madawi here on Monday, the two parties discussed situations of the Yemeni residents in Sudan, expanding training and qualification chances and qualifying Yemeni security cadre in Sudanese security colleges and institutes.
The minister confirmed that the Yemeni residents in Sudan get full care, praising ties linking the two people. He also confirmed full readiness for expanding police training to Yemeni people in Police Academy and training institutes.
The ambassador expressed people and government's appreciation to the people and government of Sudan for their support and sacrifices they made for restoring the state of Yemen and providing facilitations to Yemeni residents.
