The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Community Colleges situation in Aden, Luhj discussed

Deputy Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Abd-Rabbu Ghanim Al-Mahwali held a meeting with President of Executive Council of Community Colleges Dr Abdullah Saleh Al-Haj, the Deans of Community Colleges in Aden and Luhj Dr Hisham Assaqaf and Dr Ali Azobair.
The meeting devoted to discuss the topics pertinent to educational and professional situations in the Community Colleges. The difficulties and problems facing the community colleges were also touched upon. Dr Assaqaf and Dr Azobair detained Al-Mahwali on the needed requirements the colleges are lacking in different specializations.
Al-Mahwali affirmed that the Ministry is very keen to address all problems facing the community colleges and it will do its own best to help within available capacities and resources.
