The Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Maj. General Aidaroos al-Zubaidi received today, Saturday, in the temporary capital Aden, the Libyan Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Edris Ahmed Abu Bakr.
Yemeni-Libyan bilateral relations and cooperation was key focus of the talks.
Al-Zubaidi welcomed Edris, celebrating the historic relationships between the two countries, affirming the keenness of the political leadership on further boosting the cooperation to serve the mutual interests of the two countries in different fields.
The conversations touched on the issue of a permanent headquarters for the Libyan diplomatic delegation to do its job in the temporary capital Aden.
Maj. General al-Zubaidi reaffirmed that the PLC is ready to provide all necessary facilitations for the diplomatic delegations and the international organizations to help them doing their jobs safely.
The Libyan Ambassador stated that his country is keenly seeking to promote bilateral cooperation in different areas.
