Cabinet Reviews Current Developments, Enhance State Institutions Readiness
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani held a meeting on Sunday to review the latest developments following the Iranian violations of Yemen's sovereignty and the measures taken to manage the current phase across its political, military, security, diplomatic, economic, and media dimensions, in coordination with the Presidential Leadership Council.

Yemen seeks French support for regaining order, reconstruction

Prime Minister Ahmad Obeid bin-Daghr received on Monday French Ambassador to Yemen Christian Tiesto and discussed with him French support to Yemen's legality, regaining and reconstruction.

The meeting dealt with joint view points for enhancing economic relations between the two countries and supporting the government's efforts for normalizing conditions in liberated areas.

Bin-Daghr highlighted support of French government and people for overcoming challenges over Houthi-Saleh militias' war and their coup against the state.

He pointed out to achievements of the government in field of normalizing conditions in liberated provinces. He also pointed out to urgent need of international support from Yemen's partners in field of development, expressing confidence of support from French friends to the government in field of basic services.

He renewed keenness of the government in realizing peace and avoiding bloodshed of Yemeni people, noting to concessions made by the government for this purpose meanwhile the rebel party, with directives from its supporter, Iran, rejected all peace initiatives and suggestions.

He made it clear that the Yemeni people and its government will never accept abandoning the republican system and harming unity or accepting a family or a race to rule, noting that all Yemeni people's is building a federal Yemen in accordance to the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference.

For his part, the French diplomat renewed his country's position supporting the government and keenness on political solution based on the three references, confirming support of France to efforts of the UN envoy to Yemen.

He confirmed his country will do everything possible to exert pressures for putting an end to suffering of the Yemeni people.

He praised government's efforts for regaining order and alleviating suffering over the war, noting that his country exerts efforts for helping Yemeni people.

He voiced rejection of smuggling weapons to rebels.
