Yemen Ambassador, Cuban official discuss bilateral relations

Havana (Saba)- The Yemeni Ambassador to Cuba Mohammed Saleh Nashir on Sunday met here with Director of the international cooperation department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment Celia Rodríguez, discussing mutual revelations in different fields, particularly culture and education.
The ambassador also touched on historic relations between Yemen and Cuba, as well as efforts exerted by President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi and the legitimate government to bring about peace and normalization of life in different fields, referring to the destruction caused by the Houthi-Saleh militias.
The ambassador and the Cuban official also dealt with of challenges facing by Yemeni students studying in Cuba and finding out appropriate solution for them.
Rodríguez further lauded the historic friendly relations between Yemen and Cuba, affirming that Cuba will support the Yemeni students and train Yemeni cadres.
