The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Afrah al- Zouba discussed today, Monday, with the French Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Catherine Corm Cammoun the bilateral relations and cooperation as well as the developments in the Yemeni and regional

Al-Zouba celebrated the Yemeni-French robust relations, highly praising France’s active role in the Security Council and Paris supportive stance towards the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)and the Yemeni government.

The French Ambassador confirmed her country's continued support for the PLC and the Yemeni government.

Kammoun affirmed France's condemnation of Houthi escalation in the maritime sector and attacks targeting Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

She also reiterated her country's stance against Iranian support for the Houthis and any roles that contribute to destabilizing the security and stability of Yemen and the region.
