Baggash meets with Regional Director of Norwegian Council for Refugees

NAIROBI - SABA
Under-Secretary of Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Baggash met today, Thursday, in Nairobi with the Regional Director of Norwegian Council for Refugees (NCR) in east Africa and Yemen Hajer Ma'lm.

The discussions dealt with the humanitarian interventions and projects of the NCR in Yemen.

Baggash talked about the humanitarian situations in Yemen, highlighting the challenges the Yemeni government faced by when it comes to deliver the humanitarian aids due to Houthi militia's terrorist practices and measures against the international organizations which operate in the humanitarian actions.

The official of the NCR confirmed the commitment of the Council to help the Yemeni government to respond to the increasingly growing humanitarian needs.
