Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Warsaw, Poland, Dr. Merfat Mujalli met today, Tuesday, with Deputy Director of the Middle East and North African at the Polish Foreign Ministry Alexandra Pocovska.
They discussed Yemeni-Polish bilateral ties and the latest developments in Yemen.
Mujalli updated the Polish official on the government's efforts to manage the economic and humanitarian challenges, citing the recent decisions of the Central Bank of Yemen as an example of the government's measures aiming to enforce the internationally recognized government's control over the monetary policy in the country.
The Ambassador underscored Yemen's need for a more robust partnership with the international community and substantial support for the government's efforts.
