Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi sent Thursday a cable of condolences and sympathy to Chinese President Xi Jinping for the victims of the collapse of highway in Guangdong Province, southern China, which resulted in the loss of dozens of lives.
On behalf of the Presidential Council, the government, and the Yemeni people, President al-Alimi expressed sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Chinese President and the families of the victims for this painful incident.
He prayed to Allah to protect China and its people from all harm and adversity, and to grant swift recovery to the injured.
