ADEN - SABA
Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi has emphasized that “Decisive Storm” operation launched by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates constituted a stern message of deterrence to Iran-backed damaging projects.
On the ninth anniversary of the launch of the “Decisive Storm,” the al-Alimi expressed pride in the brave attitude of the coalition supporting legitimacy led by the Kingdom and the UAE who answered the Yemeni call and assisted our people to prevent their state from falling into the grip of the Imamite project.
Al-Alimi made clear that the war continuing for ten years was not the choice of the Yemeni people, but that of the Houthi militias and their Iranian backers, and that Decisive Storm was in response to the national call, months following the Houthi sabotaging of the national consensus and overthrowing of the government.
Al-Alimi spoke highly of the strong commitment of the coalition members to support the aspirations of the Yemeni people to build their unified state and set Yemen back on the track of peace, stability, and development.
