Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik received Wednesday a letter from Vice President of the United Arab Emirates Mohammad bin Rashed Al Maktoum on promoting mutual relations between the two countries.
In his meeting with UAE Ambassador to Yemen Mohammad al-Zaabi, who handed over the letter to the prime minister, the two parties discussed latest developments in Yemen and continuous efforts to realize peace in Yemen and support to the government to help it face current challenges.
Prime Minister praised humanitarian interventions of the Arab Coalition for Supporting Yemen's Legitimacy led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to alleviate suffering of Yemeni people and helping the government's efforts to realize economic stability in these exceptional conditions.
For his part, the UAE diplomat renewed his country's support to the government of Yemen in facing challenge and help it in economic and service reforms, confirming UAE support to all regional, international and UN efforts to realize peace in Yemen.
