The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Hadi says 14th October jubilee commemorates a history

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi said that the 5th anniversary of 14th October daily is a history in itself. In an editorial in the state-run newspaper Hadi said the mere name 14th October "is an emotive subject" given that it commemorates (the revolution) of liberation.
Hadi said that "enslavement and tyranny is trying to appear its head again but the Yemeni people will not accept that and so the people are making huge sacrifices (…) against the Iran-backed rebels."
