Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Sultan Al-Arada emphasized the need for a crucial role by the international community in supporting Yemen's stability and security during a virtual meeting with French Ambassador to Yemen, Catherine Corm-Kammoun.
Al-Arada stressed the need for a unified international stance to bolster state institutions and address current challenges, highlighting the importance of empowering institutions to alleviate humanitarian suffering, improve economic conditions, and pave the way for reconstruction and development.
He reiterated commitment to the Gulf Initiative, National Dialogue Conference outcomes, and UN Security Council Resolution 2216 as the basis for achieving stability.
