Yemen has warned of the consequences of Iranian support for armed groups operating outside state institutions, stressing that the transfer of weapons and advanced technologies has strengthened the military capabilities of the Houthi militias and poses a threat to regional security and international maritime navigation.

Germany has strongly condemned the attacks carried out by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia against the government of Yemen and infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement posted on its X platform, the German Foreign Ministry called on the Houthi militia to halt its attacks inside Yemen, against Saudi Arabia, and on civilian shipping.
Germany also reaffirmed its support for the Yemeni government.
