Yemen Condemns Houthi Terrorist Attacks on Saudi Arabia

The Yemeni government strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist militia's attacks on civilian, economic and energy facilities in southern Saudi Arabia, describing them as a blatant assault on the Kingdom's security, sovereignty and national assets.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry said the attacks reflected the militia's continued hostile approach, enabled by Iranian military, financial and logistical support.
It said the escalation against Saudi Arabia coincided with continued Houthi attacks inside Yemen, particularly in Taiz and the West Coast, as well as attempts to threaten Bab al-Mandab, the Red Sea and international maritime navigation.
Yemen called on the international community to take firm action to halt the flow of weapons, funding and military expertise to the militia and ensure compliance with relevant UN Security Council resolutions, particularly Resolution 2216.
The government reaffirmed Yemen's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for all measures necessary to protect its security and sovereignty, stressing that the Kingdom's security is inseparable from Yemen's security and regional stability.
