Yemen's Chief of Staff Major Gen.Mohammed A. al-Maqdashi called for safeguarding the society against alien agendas and rumors. In a meeting with preachers, judges and morale officers in Marib, al-Maqdashi called them to counter the spread of rumours and alien inventions into the religion by extremists and militants with foreign agendas who are scheming against the Yemeni people's sound Islamic doctrine.

Yemen's Prime Minister and Aden governor inaugurated here today the third stage of a graffiti themed "Martyrs Don't Die", a token of remembrance of the martyrs' who died to liberate Aden from the Saleh-Houthi coup militia in 2014. It is the second anniversary of liberation now.

The government of Yemen has welcomed the UNSC presidential resolution of 15 June 2017 and it sees in it a continuity of the UNSC's united stance toward the situations in Yemen, stemming from its relevant resolutions.
