Foreign Minister Khalid Alyemany has participated in a meeting held by Organization of Islamic Cooperation OIC's Contact Group on Yemen in New York on the sideline of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly.

Alyemany recounted to the meeting the coupisHouhi militia's atrocities of against the Yemeni people as well as the militia's availing of opportunities and profiteering from the people's protracted suffering.

He cited the militia's avoidance of the latest Geneva peace talks that otherwise would have been held in September 6.
He said the militia's stubborn aversion to political solution perpetuates the people's suffering.
