Foreign Minister Khalid Alyemany affirmed the Yemeni government's commitment to work with international organizations and partners in developing strategies to end malnutrition.
He made the remarks during his participation at the United Nations General Assembly High-Level meeting on "Addressing Malnutrition in Yemen.
He said that the government is working to facilitate the access of all Yemeni regions to aid. He said that lifting the suffering of the Yemeni people in light of the Houthi militia's stubbornness requiresall United Nations agencies and the Yemeni government to jointly raise the level of their coordination at all levels.
