FM, EU Ambassadors discuss developments in Yemen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya al-Zindani discussed today, Tuesday, with the Ambassadors of the European Union (EU) countries' Ambassadors to the Republic of Yemen the political, economic and security situations in Yemen, the needed support to help the Yemeni government to provide basic service, improve living conditions as well as the regional developments and the ongoing efforts to make peace in Yemen.

Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak has culminated a successful and fruitful visit to the United States, wherein he led the government delegation in an international ministerial meeting in New York on January 20 to bolster the Yemeni government politically and economically. Bin Mubarak also engaged in deliberations with senior dignitaries at the United Nations and held meetings with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the United States Agency for International Development in Washington, and the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in the US Senate.
Health Minister briefed on CARE's interventions in health sector

PM gives directives to improve teachers situations, salaries
