The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Army repels an attack by the Houthi militia south and west of Taiz

The National Army forces, in the Taiz military axis, responded to attacks and infiltration attempts by the Houthi coup militia on the fronts south and west of the city.
A military source stated that the heroes of the National Army thwarted an infiltration attempt by the Houthi militia into the positions of the Al-Ahkom Front in the Haifan district, south of the city, while the areas of Al-Ahtoub, Al-Rubaie, Wadi Khathran and the vicinity of Jabal Han, west of the city, witnessed intermittent clashes with the use of medium weapons.
The source added that the army forces repelled an attack by militias in the Kalaba front and Wadi Melh. It forced the militia to retreat.
