Marib - Saba
Deputy governor of Marib Dr. Abd Rabbo Miftah, and with him the Director of the Health Office, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Shaddadi, today laid the foundation stone for the project to establish an integrated oxygen plant in Kara General Hospital, with Kuwaiti support.
The project will be implemented over a period of six months by the Communication Foundation for Human Development, with funding from the Kuwait Relief Society, as part of the “Kuwait by Your Side” campaign, at a total cost of $500,000.
The project includes the construction of the factory building and its annexes, which include factory management, workers housing and warehouses, in addition to installing and operating the factory’s devices and equipment, with an estimated production capacity of 300 cylinders per day.
Miftah praised such sustainable projects that contribute to the upgrading of basic and service infrastructure in the governorate, meet the urgent needs of the health sector, and serve a wide segment of citizens in the governorate.
He appreciated the great and continuous support of the brotherly State of Kuwait, the government and people, and their sincere fraternal stances alongside their Yemeni people in this exceptional and critical circumstance.
