The Deputy Governor of Hadhramaut for Valley and Desert Districts Affairs, Eng. Hisham Al-Saidi, discussed with the International Committee of the Red Cross mission visiting Hadhramout Valley, the start of implementing the ICRC's assistance to the people affected by the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Al-Saidi was briefed about the nature of the ICRC activities included in the first phase of this project, which will be implemented in Lahj and Hadhramaut districts.
The ICRC's assistance in Hadhramout targets the elderly and those at risk or with chronic diseases in four districts in Wadi Hadramawt, namely Al-Qattan, Shibam, Sayoon and Tarim.
