The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Islamic Development Bank affirms its support for Yemen

The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) stated that it will continue to stand with the Yemeni people through financing development projects in different fields.
The President of the IsDB Dr. Bandar Hajjar said in press statement that " the IsDB pledged $100 million during Yemen donors conference 2020, out of which $33.6 million were already approved to be reassigned from previous project to help countering coronavirus and $20 million allocated for health sector".
