Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh conveyed his heartfelt greetings to President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, the Yemeni army and the whole Yemeni nation on the occasion of the advent of Ramadan.
In a cable to the President he wished for prosperity to everyone and the end of the adversities that the Houthi war and the recent flash floods brought upon the Yemeni people.
