The Houthi militia detained on Tuesday a vessel carrying the United Nations Mission in Support of the Hodeidah Agreement anchored off the coast of Hodeidah.
The vessel was set to sail at 6:00 this Tuesday morning to transport government representative officials to Mokha seaport in Taiz.
The UN uses the chartered vessel to organize joint meetings between the government and Houthi rebels and as a neutral venue and operations center for joint control officers.
