The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Urban improvement fund proposes $6.4 mln parks for Marib government

The Cleanliness and Urban Improvement Fund of Marib proposed to the three amusement park projects to the local government to implement them at a cost of USD 6.4 million.
The parks under the proposal will be set up in partnership with private investors and inaugurated within six months to meet the needs of the city populated mostly by refugees who escapted Houthi militant-held areas.
The parks are to include swimming pools and sports facilities.
