Yemen's Ambassador to Kuwait Ali bin Sifa' discussed Thursday with Director of Kuwaiti General Authority for Applied Education and Training Ali al-Madhaf cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The two parties also discussed increasing scholarships to Yemeni students in Kuwait.
