Yemen's Ambassador to Germany Yahya al-Shuaybi said the Houthi looting of humanitarian aid will impact huge numbers of Yemenis and aggravate the already ire humanitarian situation.
In a meeting with the Head of the Middle East Division at the German Federal Foreign Office Michael Ohnmacht here today, al-Shuaybi said the WFP's briefing to the UN Security Council on 17 June proved the Houthi manipulation and looting most of the aid which led to a gradual suspension of the aid.
