Yemen is participating in the first session of the UN-Habitat being held in Nairobi, Kenya from 27-31 May under the theme " Innovation for Better Quality of Life in Cities and Communities".

Minister of Public Works and Highways Dr Mohammed Thabit and Under-Secretary of the Ministry for Housing and Urban Development Eng. Yasmin al-Awadhi are contributing to the deliberations.

Two Yemeni private-owned real-estates firms are also taking part in the gathering.
